Court Enforcement Services outlines growth ambitions in Commercial and Property Services market with new appointment of Jon Tatam

Jon Tatam has been appointed as Head of Commercial and Property Services at Court Enforcement Services.
As Head of Commercial and Property Services, Jon will be responsible for the day to day management and service delivery of all clients and functions within the department. This includes commercial property related offerings such as CRAR (Commercial Rent arrears Recovery), Service Charge Recovery & Forfeitures of Lease, Trespasser Removal, Service of Documents and High Court Writs of Possession, Delivery and Restitution.
Jon has extensive experience in client, supplier and operational management. For several years Jon has worked in the enforcement industry where he has been involved in a number of high-profile and very successful operations. Firstly, with Burlington Group as Operations Manager and in his most recent position at Andrew Wilson and Co as Property Services Manager where he was made redundant owing to their Coronavirus (Covid-19) response.
The Head of Commercial and Property Services is a newly created role and Jon will be reporting directly to Operations Director, Daron Robinson. Jon’s focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. He will be offering high level support and guidance to any complex queries, ensuring that a full offering of services is communicated. Jon will also be responsible for the procurement and management of suppliers specific to the Commercial and Property Services department.

Jon formally starts with the company immediately, working in line with our business continuity plan.
