Daron Robinson Promoted to Operations Director
Daron Robinson has been promoted to join Court Enforcement Services senior management board as Operations Director.
Court Enforcement Services’ Joint Managing Director, Daren Simcox says “Since the start up of the company Daron has played a key role in servicing our High Court and Utilities clients. Daron was responsible for the initial specification and implementation of Nexum’s case management system.
Daron has complete understanding and skill in managing complex work flows, processes and data management. His management of this ongoing project has helped us to ensure that our services are tailored to fulfil client’s requirements”.
As part of our company’s mission for continuous improvement, Daron has also been a champion and leader for innovation so providing new solutions for our clients. Daron managed the project for the Field Patroller App. This is now the only platform whereby all field agents working on High Court cases can via their mobile devices, record all data relating to each case as and when it happens. This now provides clients with online access to the latest information on all their cases in real-time data.
Daren Simcox adds, “Daron has also overseen two other important areas of the business – the growth of the client services and support administration teams. Recent internal promotions reflect his successful staff development programmes. His appointment also underlines the company’s encouragement for all our staff to develop their careers. We want to promote from within by providing the opportunity for advancement to the highest level. Daron’s advancement is a natural progression. His promotion means that he will represent Client Services and Operations on the board in relation to senior management strategy and key decision making”.

High Court Enforcement Officers (formerly known as High Court Sheriffs) are responsible for the enforcement of the Writs of Execution issued out of the High Court, the most popular of which being the “Writ of Control” formerly known as “Writ of Fieri Facias” or “Writ of Fi Fa”. This is a writ issued for the recovery of money owed and provides for the seizure and sale of the judgment debtor’s goods.
