Jodie Martinelli-Oliver Promoted to Director of Business Services
Court Enforcement Services is delighted to announce that Jodie Martinelli-Oliver has been promoted to Director of Business Services reporting directly to Managing Director, Daron Robinson.

In this newly created role, Jodie will have a wide and varied remit to help to drive forward the business which is rapidly expanding.
Since joining Court Enforcement Services in 2014, Jodie has made a significant contribution to the business and has played a key role in its journey from being a new start-up to becoming the UK’s largest High Court enforcement company.

Jodie has demonstrated a track record in effective change management and streamlining of processes to allow colleagues improved ways of working. Her expertise in process management and her strategic approach to planning has seen her deliver several key projects which have helped facilitate our growth.
She has also led the way on staff development, mentoring several colleagues into more senior roles and providing support and guidance to her colleagues on a daily basis.
As part of Jodie’s new role, she will provide representation at board level for all Business Services functions whilst also taking responsibility for change management, procurement, business policies and supplier management.
