Jodie Martinelli promoted to Support Services Manager
Jodie Martinelli has been promoted from Administration Team Leader to Support Services Manager. This is her second promotion within 2 years and underlines Court Enforcement Services continued growth, their commitment to staff development and focus on providing individual attention for each client.
This is a newly created position. Jodie will report directly to Daron Robinson, Operations Manager.
“Jodie is an excellent example of developing and promoting people from within our organisation”, said Daron Robinson. “The new role has been created to centralise the administration and enforcement support under one team. Jodie will ensure a high quality service is provided to clients, suppliers, enforcement agents, the board and internal departments”.
With nearly 9 years in the industry, Jodie has a wealth of enforcement, collections and tracing experience. She has extensive experience in team leadership, monitoring and maintaining work flows, system administration, creating and producing reports, client liaison and monitoring of fees, trace and returned cases.
Jodie was a natural choice to take on greater leadership responsibilities. In her new role she will oversee the management of all support services within the business, this includes administrative support to clients, enforcement agents and internal departments, system maintenance and support, management information, data analysis, reporting, new instruction loading, transfer ups, enforcement allocations, trace and support and finance administration.
As part of the role Jodie will also be the direct line manager for the administration and enforcement support teams.
