Jodie Martinelli promoted to Head of Business Process & Strategy

Jodie Martinelli has been promoted to a newly created senior role as Head of Business Process & Strategy. She will report directly to Daron Robinson, Operations Director.
Jodie takes on the responsibility of leading on strategy and operational planning whilst retaining control of business administration and services from her previous role. She will ensure that there is a structured and consistent approach to all operational processes and functions within the business. Jodie will be also be responsible for procurement of suppliers and business continuity.
Jodie will continue to lead the Client Services, Support Services, Transfer Up and Commercial Services management teams. She will also manage special projects and business process enhancement, ensuring that the functions are running efficiently and maximising productivity.
