Michael Whitaker promoted to Director of Business Development
Michael Whitaker has been promoted to a newly created senior role as Director of Business Development. He will report directly to Wayne Whitford, Director.
In his new position, Michael will oversee the management of all aspects of the Business Development team. This senior role involves developing the team and providing strategic guidance as directed by the board.
Michael will provide executive level support to the board and lead on Business Development Strategies for the full portfolio of all the company’s services. This includes High Court Enforcement, Commercial Property and Land Enforcement, as well as ancillary services such as Process Serving.
Michael will ensure that the Business Development Team continues to promote best practice, meeting agreed service levels. He will achieve this through recruitment, training and development of new and existing staff. Michael will be responsible for the department operating efficiently, and initiate improvements where required. He will relay to the board any key issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement within Business Development.
