Neil Jinks’ Role Changes at Court Enforcement Services
Despite only being 4 months into his tenure with Court Enforcement Services, Neil Jinks’ role has changed to reflect the work that he is undertaking for the business.
Neil joined as Marketing and Communications Lead as he was initially tasked with assisting the business with a major rebranding exercise including creating a new website.
His new role as Head of Client Development and Communications reflects the work he is doing both internally and externally to enhance communications strategy and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
In this senior role, reporting directly to Executive Board Director, Wayne Whitford, Neil will continue to develop communication processes within the group and internal working partnerships. His remit includes developing bespoke solutions in partnership with other group companies.
Neil started his career in the law more than 32 years ago. He has worked for several leading law firms in debt recovery including being Client Development Director of the Recoveries Division of DWF, a leading global legal business, ranked by the FT as one of the top 10 most innovative law firms in Europe, which, recently floated on the London Stock Exchange.
He has also worked for Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service as a County Court Officer and prior to joining DWF, was Head of High Court Client Services at the largest company in the sector. He has also run his own consultancy business where he advised and supported leading law firms.
Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and a member of CICM’s Advisory Council. He is also President of the IRRV West Midlands Association.
