Senior Management Changes at Court Enforcement Services
Court Enforcement Services’ continuing rate of expansion has meant that organisational changes have been brought forward.
Daren Simcox now takes on the mantle of sole Managing Director focus on the company’s operations and commercial direction. Frank Millerick moves from Joint Managing Director to become Group Chairman and provide leadership to the Board of Directors, alongside business strategy and compliance.

Daren and Frank are two of the founders of the company when Court Enforcement Services was launched in June 2014. The company has since recovered more than £30,000,000.00 for their clients.
Above all, the company believes that it will have the resources, to drive through ongoing service delivery enhancements and excellent client services. This will maintain Court Enforcement Services’ competitive advantage in the High Court Enforcement and Commercial Property sectors.
