We are proud to announce that our innovative Enforcement Agent’s App, won the Best use of Credit Technology category, at last night’s Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM)’s, British Credit Awards 2018.
The Judges commented:
The results speak for themselves – a hugely impressive entry detailing a bespoke technology developed in-house, with strong commendations from its clients.
Special mention to Daron Robinson, Operations Director, who leads this project, in designing and delivering the user-friendly App for our Enforcement Agents to record all relevant information. The App is helping our clients to have access to this information. It therefore empowers the client to work in partnership with our teams to reach successful outcomes with their customers.
The App is an ongoing project at Court Enforcement Services and further enhancements are planned.
As Europe’s largest credit association, the CICM is the centre of expertise for credit management and promotes excellence and best-practice achievement. The CICM British Credit Awards is central to this, rewarding outstanding performance and innovation shown by individuals and organisations across the UK.
Daren Simcox, Managing Director said, “We are so pleased to be recognised for our continued investment in technology. This allows us to provide the best possible service to our clients and Enforcement Agents alike. The App is a vital component of our service offering and has helped Court Enforcement Services to stand out within the industry. My thanks to all our fantastic people and together with the App, have enabled our company to quickly become a key market leader in the High Court Enforcement sector”.
