Wayne is a founding Director and has over 25 years’ experience within the Enforcement and Debt Collection sector. He is the client champion within the company to ensure it provides them with individual attention and the highest level of customer service.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM).
Wayne is a judicial specialist providing innovative recovery solutions for both Commercial and Consumer partners alike.
He has particular expertise in High Court Enforcement, Commercial Rent Arrears now known as CRAR and other enforcement routines, including Local Authority Revenues and Parking.
Wayne is also a Member of British Parking Association MBPA and the Association of Credit Professionals FACP.
Director of Business Development
Michael has extensive knowledge of both the legal and debt recovery sectors. In addition, he has over 25 years’ commercial, management and operational experience. Michael’s previous roles include being Head of Business Development at Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd and Debt Recovery Manager positions at law firms Fraser Brown, Rothera Sharp and Browne Jacobson LLP.
Michael is responsible for the development of new business, across the company’s full range of High Court and Civil Enforcement services.
Head of Client Development & Communications
Neil has over 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, both in practice and High Court Enforcement. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and member of the CICM’s Advisory Board. Neil is an Executive Committee Member and President of IRRV West Midlands Association.
Head of Commercial and Property Services
Jon has extensive experience in client, supplier and operational management. For several years, Jon has worked in the enforcement industry, where he has been involved in several high-profile and very successful operations. Jon’s previous roles include being Operations Manager with the Burlington Group and Property Services Manager at Andrew Wilson and Co.
Jon is responsible for the day to day management and service delivery of all clients and functions within the Commercial and Property Services Division.
Client Account Manager
Adele has over 20 years’ experience in client services management role.
Adele is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the onboarding of new clients and ongoing performance of existing clients. She also reviews cases and contacts clients on a regular basis to discuss issues and performance.
Client Services Manager
Claire oversees the Client Services Team. The team is responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects for all clients. Claire has over 10 years’ experience within the industry.
Claire has extensive best practice Customer Service experience within the High and Civil Court Enforcement sector. Her previous roles have covered the breadth of client services relationship management.
Business Development Manager
Irvine is responsible for developing new business, and building and managing strong relationships with existing clients, with the full portfolio of our services. He has over ten years’ client development and operational experience within the High Court Enforcement Industry having previously been Head of Business Development and Marketing at The Sheriff’s Office.
Prior to this Irvine spent 20 years within the Banking industry in various Business Development and Sales Management roles.
Business Development Manager
Katherine’s experience includes business development and client services within the professional credit services and High Court enforcement sectors. She is responsible for managing existing clients and developing new business – within the North East in particular.
Business Administration Manager
Hollie joined Court Enforcement Services in 2015 and has held a number of positions in our Client Services and Administration departments. In 2019 she was promoted to Commercial & Property Services Team Leader.
In this role she oversees the day to day processes undertaken by the Commercial & Property Services Team. The team is responsible for the collection of Commercial Rent Arrears (CRAR), Commercial and Residential possessions, removal of trespassers and service charge recovery.
