Michael Whitaker

Director of Business Development

Michael is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of both the legal and debt recovery sectors.

With over 25 years’ management and operational experience, Michael’s previous roles include being Head of Business Development at Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd, and Debt Recovery Manager positions at law firms Knights and Rothera Sharp.

Michael is responsible for the development of new business and client development across the company’s full range of High Court and Civil Enforcement services, with a particular emphasis on the legal services sector.

Michael is also an active committee member with both the CICM and CCUA.


Neil Jinks

Head of Client Development & Communications

Neil is a debt enforcement specialist who has been involved in the management and development of legal debt recovery operations for several leading law firms in a career spanning 33 years.

Neil’s previous roles include being Client Development Director at leading international legal business, DWF plc., National Head of High Court Client Services at the largest enforcement group in Europe and he has also worked for HMCTS.

Neil is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and a member of CICM’s Advisory Council. He is also a Member of IRRV and President of IRRV West Midlands Association and an active CCUA committee member.

Neil has been recommended for Debt Recovery in the Legal 500 across several regions and has experience across all sectors.


Samuel Evans

Business Development Manager

Sam is a High Court Enforcement specialist who has been working in the sector for 10 years. He has gained a wealth of experience and expertise during that time working for an established company in the sector.

Sam studied at Bangor University and his career has since progressed to include several years of success working in business development. He has a proven track record in growing new business and managing longstanding client relationships.

Sam also has several qualifications and certifications in taking control of goods, so he is well qualified to provide our clients with technical advice and support in relation to the whole process.


Irvine Pickett

Business Development Manager

Irvine is responsible for developing new business, and building and managing strong relationships with existing clients, with the full portfolio of our services. He has over ten years’ client development and operational experience within the High Court Enforcement Industry having previously been Head of Business Development and Marketing at The Sheriff’s Office.

Prior to this Irvine spent 20 years within the Banking industry in various Business Development and Sales Management roles.

Adele Whitehurst

Client Relationship Manager

Adele has over 20 years’ experience in client services management role.

Adele is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the onboarding of new clients and ongoing performance of existing clients. She also reviews cases and contacts clients on a regular basis to discuss issues and performance.


Claire Brimson

Client Relationship Manager

Claire oversees the Client Services Team. The team is responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects for all clients. Claire has over 10 years’ experience within the industry.

Claire has extensive best practice Customer Service experience within the High and Civil Court Enforcement sector. Her previous roles have covered the breadth of client services relationship management.

Jon Tatam

Head of Client and Commercial Services

Jon has extensive experience in client, supplier, and operational management. For several years, Jon has worked in the enforcement industry, where he has been involved in several high-profile and very successful operations.

Jon’s previous roles include being Operations Manager and Property Services Manager working in High Court Enforcement.

Jon is responsible for the day-to-day management and service delivery of all clients and functions within the Commercial and Property Services Division.

Hollie Wilsher

Business Administration Manager

Hollie joined Court Enforcement Services in 2015 and has held several positions across various teams in the business and has been promoted twice during that time. In her current role, Hollie oversees the day-to-day functions and processes undertaken by both the Commercial & Property Services team, which, provides our property enforcement and ancillary services and our Business Administration Services team, which, provides in-depth support and structure for all administrative requirements across the whole business.
