Court Enforcement Services Team Members Achieve CICM Level 2 in Taking Control of Goods
Court Enforcement Services is proud to celebrate the success of two valued team members, David Brett (Operations Coordinator) and Chloe Marchant-Brown (Client Account Manager), who have both successfully achieved the CICM Level 2 Qualification in Taking Control of Goods.
This recognised qualification is an important milestone within the High Court enforcement industry. It demonstrates David and Chloe’s dedication to developing their knowledge and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in every aspect of enforcement delivery.
Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods provides the core understanding required for professionals working in enforcement. The course covers essential topics such as the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013, professional conduct, vulnerability awareness, and compliance standards. It also serves as the foundation for individuals seeking to apply for an Enforcement Agent Certificate, issued by the County Court.
This achievement shows that David and Chloe hold the essential expertise needed to deliver High Court enforcement services that are compliant, ethical, and conducted to the highest professional standards.
