It seems a long time since December 2017 when he agreed to resell the carriage in January 2018! He sounded so reasonable on the phone, which was witnessed by 2 people.
However, the ensuing court case and his pathetic excuses in his defence, lack of appearance and general nastiness was rewarded by the Judge finding for me and describing his statement as “Poppycock!”
