Court Enforcement Services enters the Utilities & Telecoms Awards with new Agent Patroller App
We are pleased that we have entered the ‘Best Use of Technology’ category at this year’s Utilities & Telecoms Awards. These are the first awards our young company has entered since its launch in 2014.
Using our knowledge of the Utilities sector, we developed the Agent Patroller App which we launched this March. The App is installed on all our Enforcement Agents smart devices.
The Agent Patroller App:
- Provides our clients with full access and visibility to all their customer case data in real time.
- Increases efficiency and revenue collection by improved scheduling of work and enforcement agents performance.
- Information captured drives outcomes, which allows bespoke workflows and the best course of action for each case.
