Leadership Transition at Court Enforcement Services Following Successful EDGE Migration
Court Enforcement Services (CES) is pleased to announce an important leadership transition following the successful migration of the business onto the EDGE operating system – a significant step forward in operational performance, transparency, and client service delivery.
After more than three years at the helm, Paul Caddy will be stepping down from his role as Managing Director at the end of 2025. During his tenure, Paul has been instrumental in strengthening Court Enforcement Services’ position as one of the UK’s leading High Court enforcement companies. Under his leadership, the business has achieved sustained growth, introduced innovative technology, and continued to set the benchmark for professionalism, compliance, and ethical standards across the enforcement industry.
Paul had long planned to retire upon turning 60 last year, and had identified the successful rollout of the EDGE platform as the right time to hand over the reigns. The adoption of EDGE marks a major milestone in Court Enforcement Services’ digital transformation, giving clients even greater visibility, efficiency, and confidence in every stage of the High Court enforcement process. With the system now fully embedded across the business, this marks a natural point of transition and an exciting new chapter for both Paul and the company.
Although stepping back from day-to-day management, Paul will remain a key figure within Court Enforcement Services. He will continue to serve as an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and as an active member of the company’s Independent Advisory Group, supporting the business’s engagement with industry regulators, government departments, and professional bodies. His continued involvement ensures continuity, expertise, and a steady hand as CES builds on its recent successes.
Nick Tubbs, who has been a Director of Court Enforcement Services since its acquisition in 2018, will now assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, providing support for the existing Directorial team of Alan Smith, Karl Smith, Claire Brimson, and Samuel Evans.
Nick said:
“I would like to thank Paul for his leadership and ongoing support. I am passionate about Court Enforcement Services and confident that, with EDGE now in place, we have the platform to deliver consistent, industry-leading performance in High Court enforcement.”
Paul added:
“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. I know Court Enforcement Services is in excellent hands and will continue to build on its reputation as a trusted leader in the High Court enforcement sector.”
As Court Enforcement Services looks ahead, the company remains committed to delivering fair, transparent, and effective High Court enforcement solutions, combining technology, expertise, and integrity to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
