Vicki has been in the enforcement industry for over 10 years, joining us at Court Enforcement Services in 2014. Vicki leads on the development and management of our IT and communication systems and overseeing all change management requests and she holds Prince2 certification in project management.
Vicki is also responsible for the training and development of all internal staff and leads on the creation of training content and staff development plans.
