For new and existing clients any urgent requests out of normal office hours can be handled online. Instructions can be entered onto the appropriate electronic form on our website. This doesn’t however mean that the instructions will then just sit there until the office opens again. We monitor all communication and instructions out of hours, and will immediately start operations when urgent action is required.
In particular cases involving CRAR (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery), Forfeiture of lease or Trespassers on property and land, this is often essential.
A very recent example is when we received an instruction online late Sunday morning by our client, a very well respected property management company, to remove travellers as soon as possible from a leisure park. At least 6 caravans and vehicles had already established an occupation of part of the site.
Within a few hours we proceeded to prepare and serve onsite notices to the trespassers. Our enforcement team calmly explained to the travellers, that they had now formally been given notice and they would have to move on within 24 hours. The trespassers left soon after being served notice onsite – A good day’s work on a Sunday.
