EXPERTLY RESOLVED.
A new signature for the new-look Court Enforcement Services.
Court Enforcement Services is delighted to announce that it is updating its brand identity with a refreshed look and feel which will incorporate its new brand signature ‘Expertly Resolved’, a unifying vision that conveys the essence of value it delivers to its clients.
As a new entrant to the market in 2014, our ambition was to establish Court Enforcement Services as a leader in High Court Enforcement. The founding aim was to make the brand identifiable through a fast, fair, client-focused approach to service; promising to work harder to bring you the sector’s best results without risking any loss of client reputation.
Proudly achieving our aim
Today, we can deliver a service that is fairer and more effective than traditional providers or panels, and working tirelessly to earn our clients’ respect and trust for the professionalism we bring.
As the UK’s fastest growing High Court Enforcement company, we operate nationwide with over 150 highly trained certificated Enforcement Agents and, to-date, we have handled over 100,000 High Court Writs, fairly recovering more than £187 million on behalf of you, our clients.
Our founding strategy continues to offer the market a combination that is hard to match – speed of expert frontline delivery, vast experience and legal knowledge, a unique approach to fairness and managing vulnerability, and a dedication to operational excellence and efficiency.
Our updated identity marks this milestone in our own growth and achievement, retaining our valuable heritage and personable approach which our business was built upon.
At this critical time in the UK recovery, as a leading participant in the enforcement industry, it has never been more important for us to ensure we raise the standard of good conduct and practice in everything we do.
Leading the way
As we emerge from lockdown and recommence direct enforcement activities, we are ready to lead the way with our enhanced approach to fairness and vulnerability. As you might expect, Court Enforcement Services has a dedicated Welfare Team that is highly trained both internally, and externally with organisations such as The Samaritans, to spot vulnerability early.
Our Welfare Team also works closely with debt advisory organisations, including StepChange, Citizens Advice Bureau, National Debt Line, Money Advice Service and Advice UK. In addition, each member of our team receives full Vulnerability Awareness training which includes consistent indicators and guidance to refer any potentially vulnerable customers to our Welfare Team.
Our aim is to expertly resolve cases on behalf of our clients in a way that is fast, fair and most importantly, in their best interests.
