Court Enforcement Services joins the Money Advice Liaison Group
Court Enforcement Services is delighted to become a National Member of the Money Advice Liaison Group Ltd (MALG). MALG is a not-for-profit UK membership organisation whose purpose is to galvanise organisations to ‘work together to improve the lives of people with problem debt’.
Members benefit from free and exclusive access to regular opportunities to share best practice and debate hot topics, thought leadership content, and solutions to key challenges from a uniquely placed organisation with no commercial, regulatory, or political agenda.
Other members include a diverse range of public, private and third sector organisations from across the financial services, legal, enforcement and the money advice landscape.
We believe working with MALG will help us to enhance our approach to fairness, which, aims to achieve the right balance between effective recovery on behalf of our clients, whilst treating customers fairly and compassionately.
Our enhanced approach now takes even greater steps to identify potential vulnerability early and is governed by published and independently scrutinised principles and practices.
Everything we have put in place has been designed to achieve the simple measured aim which recognises our belief – that everyone has the right be treated fairly.
