Tell us about yourself and your career journey?
I started my sales career at 17, fresh out of high school and newly independent, living with my now fiancé. At that age, I thought I had adulthood all figured out, but the reality of bills and responsibilities quickly taught me otherwise. I realised I wanted more; not just a job, but a career that challenged and inspired me.

I worked hard, and moved up the ranks quickly, looking after sales teams. However, despite my success, I felt something was missing. I wasn’t truly passionate about the industry I was in, and I knew I needed to reconnect with what I love about sales: building genuine relationships and making a real impact. That led me to explore new opportunities across various industries. Enforcement, in particular, stood out to me because of the clear mission to help clients and make a difference. When I interviewed, the authenticity and dedication of the team really resonated with me—it felt like the right place to reignite my passion for sales and contribute meaningfully.
How did you end up at Court Enforcement Services?
Honestly, I was initially exploring sales roles across a variety of industries, applying widely to see what would resonate. When I received the interview invitation from Court Enforcement Services, I started doing some deeper research. With the number of TV shows and media around enforcement, I was naturally curious about the sector, and the more I learned, the more intrigued I became.
On top of that, I’m currently completing a law degree with the Open University, so the legal aspect of the work felt like a perfect fit. It all came together quite organically, and I saw Court Enforcement Services as a brilliant opportunity to combine my sales experience with my growing passion for law and enforcement.
What is your role in the business?
As a Business Development Manager, my role is to build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. At its core, my job is about being genuinely human, truly understanding my clients’ needs and challenges, but also relating to them on a personal level. I strive to provide the kind of care and attention I’d expect for myself, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout our partnership.
What benefits does your role bring to the client and customer journey?
My clients benefit from having a direct and reliable point of contact who is always accessible and responsive. I prioritize being available to address their needs promptly and make the effort to arrange meetings or visit clients in person whenever possible. This approach ensures that clients don’t just have an account manager, but someone they truly know, trust, and can rely on throughout their journey.

I’ve seen first-hand how everyone comes together to support one another, especially during challenging projects. I truly hope to build a long-term career here and make Court Enforcement Services my forever company. I’m excited to be part of its growth journey and want to contribute to that growth in meaningful ways. I see great potential in the business, and I hope to grow alongside it, taking on new challenges, developing my skills, and helping the company continue to strengthen its reputation and impact in the industry.
