Court Enforcement Services have today implemented full home working following on from a partial implementation last week, which saw 80% of our staff working from home in accordance with our business continuity plan.
From today all our staff are working from home securely and compliantly in accordance with our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations.
Following on from the Prime Minister’s Statement this evening, we have stopped all Enforcement visits until further notice. We have increased resources on our customer contact centre and customer care departments. This is to ensure that all customers can be dealt with quickly and efficiently in what is a worrying time for all.
We will be assisting all vulnerable debtors and working with customers during this time and signposting them to get any assistance that they need.
Our staff are extensively trained in vulnerability and will do everything they can to ensure customers are dealt with in the best way for their situation.
