Head of Business Administration & Services
With 10 years in the industry, Jodie has a wealth of enforcement, collections and tracing experience. Jodie has extensive experience in team leadership, monitoring and maintaining work flows, system administration, creating and producing reports, client liaison and monitoring of fees, trace and returned cases.
Jodie has recently been promoted to be the new Head of the restructured Business Administration and Services function. This includes managing the team leaders of the Business Support and Client Service departments.
Joe joined us from one of the UK’s largest enforcement companies. He has over 9 years’ experience which includes on-street audit and fraud investigator. Joe is also a certificated Enforcement Agent with a wealth of on-street experience. Joe’s responsibilities include keeping in regular contact with the company’s enforcement agents to provide support, advice and guidance. He also works closely with the support services department. Head of Business Development
Michael has extensive knowledge of both the legal and debt recovery sectors. In addition, he has over 25 years’ commercial, management and operational experience. Michael’s previous roles include being Head of Business Development at Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd and Debt Recovery Manager positions at law firms Fraser Brown, Rothera Sharp and Browne Jacobson LLP.
Michael is responsible for the development of new business, across the company’s full range of High Court and Civil Enforcement services.
Client Account Manager
Adele has over 20 years’ experience in client services management role. She was previously the Senior Account Manager for one of the largest court enforcement companies.
Adele is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the on boarding of new clients and ongoing performance of existing clients. She also reviews cases and contacts clients on a regular basis to discuss issues and performance. She reports directly to Wayne Whitford, Director.
Audit & Compliance Manager
Nicola is responsible for audit and compliance. She has previous internal audit experience within the banking industry and has implemented quality management systems within the service sector. Nicola is trained by BSI in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 and is qualified under the BSI ISMS Lead auditor training BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
Nicola manages the development and overseeing of control systems to prevent or deal with violation of legal guidelines and internal policy. She evaluates the efficiency of controls, aiming for continuous improvement of the systems. Nicola ensures that the management systems are effectively implemented and maintained, and assists with drafting, modifying and implementing company policies. Nicola reports directly to Alan Smith, Director.
Client Services Manager
Claire oversees the Client Services Team. The team is responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects for all clients. Claire has over 10 years’ experience within the industry.
Claire has extensive best practice Customer Service experience within the High and Civil Court Enforcement sector. Her previous roles have covered the breadth of client services relationship management. Claire reports directly to Jodie Martinelli, Head of Business Administration and Services.
Transfer Up Manager
Kayleigh has been in the court enforcement sector for over 12 years. She currently oversees the Transfer Up team for the company. Kayleigh is also the North East Office Manager where she manages the Collections Team.
Kayleigh is responsible for all court processes within the business. This includes the transfer of judgments, tribunal awards and European orders up to the High Court. Kayleigh reports directly to Jodie Martinelli.
