Director of Business Development
Sam is a High Court Enforcement specialist who has been working in the sector for over 10 years. He has gained a wealth of experience and expertise during that time working for an established company in the sector.
Sam studied at Bangor University and his career has since progressed to include several years of success working in business development. He has a proven track record in growing new business and managing longstanding client relationships.
Sam also has several qualifications and certifications in taking control of goods, so he is well qualified to provide our clients with technical advice and support in relation to the whole process.
Director of Client Support Services
Claire oversees the Client Services Team. The team is responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects for all clients. Claire has over 15 years’ experience within the industry.
Claire has extensive best practice Customer Service experience within the High and Civil Court Enforcement sector. Her previous roles have covered the breadth of client services relationship management.
Business Development Manager
Irvine is responsible for developing new business, and building and managing strong relationships with existing clients, with the full portfolio of our services. He has over ten years’ client development and operational experience within the High Court Enforcement Industry having previously been Head of Business Development and Marketing at The Sheriff’s Office.
Prior to this Irvine spent 20 years within the Banking industry in various Business Development and Sales Management roles.
Client Account Manager
Chloe joined the business in 2019 as a member of the client services team and has been promoted to the role of Client Account Manager.
Chloe’s responsibilities include maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients by understanding both clients’ needs and expectations and delivering a high standard of tailored customer service.
Chloe has previously worked within a busy collections and recoveries team at a law firm in the South East and has an extensive knowledge of the industry.
Client Account Manager
Warren is responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining the performance of existing clients and ensuring we meet clients’ service level agreements.
Warren is an experienced account manager who has 22 years’ experience within the financial services sector working both consumer and commercial accounts focused on the whole process through to debt collection. Warren has previously instructed High Court Enforcement and therefore understands the demands and pressures experienced by clients.
Warren has a proven track record delivering results against challenging objectives, whilst working on multiple projects, maintaining dual focus on adopting best practices and appropriate risk management in line with relevant regulations.
