Client Account Manager – Loughton
The Client Account Manager will manage and develop relationships with some of Court Enforcement Service’s largest clients including Legal Services, Utility and Local Government. The primary responsibility is to ensure that every client receives a high level service while they are partnering with Court Enforcement Services.
As well as demonstrating high level customer service skills, the Client Account Manager will also have a strong commercial awareness and identify new business opportunities for the commercial team.
We are looking for a confident self-starter, who can work well as part of a team but also work autonomously with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience managing and nurturing client relationships, preferably within a high court enforcement environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regular client review meetings both by conference call and in person to discuss progress on cases and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain regular contact with clients both by phone and e-mail
- Create system generated reports based on the clients requirements
- Develop and maintain account plans and report on these regularly to Head of Client Services
- Identify new business opportunities within the client base for the commercial team to follow up on
- Ensure all client feedback is captured and escalated where appropriate within the business to raise awareness of aspects that are working well for the client and highlight potential improvements
- Undertake any special project work in relation to clients or processes which can improve the service delivery
- Assist the commercial team with potential new clients
- Update and maintain internal systems, including activity logging and client account information
ESSENTIAL
Knowledge & Skills
- IT literate – proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & outlook
- A clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision and prioritise workloads
- Strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable liaising with client contacts at different seniority levels
- Remains calm and confident and responds logically and decisively in difficult situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to achieve targets
- Analytical and Problem Solving
- Experience of using databases
Qualifications
- Good level of general education including 5 GCSE’s A-C or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent
Experience
- Previous client/customer service experience (3 years)
- Effective project management
